There are several schools in and close proximity to Mahogany including public elementary school, Divine Mercy. Kids that want to attend Catholic school for elementary will have to attend St. Cecilia in Acadia. Public Middle school is Monsignor J. S. Smith in Douglasdale. Catholic Middle school is St. Matthews in Acadia. Public Highschool is Bishop Grandin.

Route 468 takes you from Cranston to Mahogany! In the near future, the LRT will get extended through Mahogany to Seton.
