Saddleridge Demographics

The most recent statistics from the City of Calgary put the population of Saddleridge at 19,525.  Most of the population (68%) is between 15 and 64 years. In fact, 26% fall in the 0 to 14-year range and 6% are 65 years or older. 

The median household income for Saddleridge is $93,153 CDN and 31% of the residents speak English at home. On average, there are four people in each home and 4740 houses in the area are privately owned. 

The population of Saddleridge has continued to expand for the last 10 years. Gradually, this affects the number of Saddleridge homes for sale in the area.  Families make up almost 98% of the population, while 12% are single parents and 88% are couples.

Almost 48% of the residents are college or university educated. Saddleridge real estate is also attractive because this community boasts ease of access to public transit, schoools, fitness and shopping centers.
