Martindale Transportation

Martindale is a large public transportation hub with access to five Calgary Transit bus routes and is home to the Martindale LRT Station.  You will also find the McKnight-Westwinds LRT and Saddletown LRT stations within a few kms of each other.  With such a vast amount of public transportation moving around Martindale is a breeze.

The median household income for Martindale is $87,668 CDN and 37% of the residents speak English at home. On average, there are four people in each home and 3940 houses in the area are privately owned. 

The population of Martindale has continued to expand for the last 10 years. Gradually, this affects the number of Martindale homes for sale in the area.  Families make up almost 87% of the population, while 13% are single parents and 87% are couples.
